Creating an account is free and easy:

1. Click "Register" in the top menu
2. Fill in your username, email, and password
3. Agree to our Terms of Service
4. Click "Create Account"
5. You'll be automatically logged in and redirected to your dashboard

Your account gives you access to vote for servers, list your own servers, and participate in our community chat.

Adding your Lineage 2 server is straightforward:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to "Add Server" in your dashboard
3. Fill in all required information (name, IP, chronicle, rates, etc.)
4. Write a compelling description
5. Optionally upload a banner (896x80 pixels recommended)
6. Submit for review

All servers are reviewed before going live to ensure quality and accuracy.

To list your server, you'll need:

• Basic Info: Server name, description
• Technical: IP address, port, chronicle
• Gameplay: Rates (XP, SP, Adena, etc.)
• Website: Your server's official website URL
• Optional: Banner image, opening date, country

Make sure all information is accurate as it will be verified during review.

Our voting system helps players discover the best servers:

• You can vote for any server once every 12 hours
• Votes are tracked by IP address to prevent abuse
• Each vote counts toward the server's daily and total vote count
• Servers are ranked based on their vote performance
• After voting, you're redirected to the server's website

Voting is completely free and helps support your favorite servers!

We have a 12-hour cooldown between votes to ensure fair ranking:

• Prevents vote manipulation and spam
• Ensures all players have equal voting power
• Maintains the integrity of our ranking system
• Gives all servers a fair chance to receive votes

You can see exactly when you can vote again on each server's page.

Premium and VIP servers benefit from vote multipliers:

• Premium servers: 2x vote multiplier
• VIP servers: 3x vote multiplier
• Each vote counts as multiple votes for ranking purposes
• Helps premium servers achieve better visibility
• Players still vote normally - the multiplier is applied automatically

Premium membership includes several benefits:

• 2x vote multiplier for up to 5 servers
• Premium badge and highlighting
• Priority placement in listings
• Advanced statistics and analytics
• Custom server banners
• Priority customer support

Premium starts at just $9.99/month and can significantly boost your server's visibility.

VIP offers enhanced benefits over Premium:

Upgrading is quick and secure:

1. Go to the Premium page in your account
2. Choose your preferred plan (Premium or VIP)
3. Complete payment through our secure Stripe integration
4. Your account is upgraded immediately
5. Select which servers to make premium

All payments are processed securely and you can cancel anytime.

If your server isn't visible, check these common issues:

• Pending review: New servers require admin approval
• Rejected: Check your email for rejection reasons
• Offline status: Servers marked offline may not appear in searches
• Filters: Users might be filtering by chronicle, country, etc.

Check your server management dashboard for the current status.

Banner upload issues are usually due to:

• File size: Maximum 2MB file size
• Format: Only JPG, PNG, and GIF files allowed
• Dimensions: Recommended 896x80 pixels
• Content: No inappropriate or copyrighted content

You can also provide a direct URL to your banner instead of uploading.

Vote counts are calculated as follows:

• Vote counts reset daily at midnight UTC
• Premium servers show multiplied votes (2x or 3x)
• Only legitimate votes from unique IPs count
• Bot votes and manipulation attempts are filtered out
• There may be a delay in vote processing

If you suspect an error, contact our support team with specific details.

Our community chat is available on the homepage:

• You must be logged in to participate
• Messages are limited to 500 characters
• Rate limiting prevents spam (3 messages per 10 seconds)
• Be respectful and follow our community guidelines
• Admins and premium users have special badges

Chat violations may result in temporary or permanent chat bans.

Chat bans are issued for violations of our community guidelines:

• Spam or excessive messaging
• Harassment or inappropriate content
• Advertising other servers excessively
• Using offensive language

If you believe your ban was issued in error, contact our support team for review.

To change your password:

1. Go to Account Settings from your dashboard
2. Scroll to the "Change Password" section
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password (minimum 6 characters)
5. Confirm your new password
6. Click "Update Profile"

Yes, you can delete your account from the Settings page:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Your servers will remain listed but you'll lose access to manage them
• All personal data will be removed from our systems
• Premium subscriptions will be cancelled

Warning: This action cannot be reversed!

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for reset instructions
5. Follow the link to set a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
